The location was central, stunning, very close to Ondarreta beach. We found a nice café nearby with hot beverages.- We liked the stay; our room was a big size with a balcony and beautiful view, plus a huge bed.

I did not want to leave, spent really nice time and can recommend. The hotel itself was functional and fairly clean and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, it had magnificent location on a major bus line to the main parts of town. The service was all in all excellent.

The views were not so great.

This place has a fantastic location in front of a bus station, a superb on-site bar, a spacious room with a balcony, a refrigerator, and a beautiful view.

The rooms are very comfortable, the mattresses are great and you can't hear anything from the adjoining rooms. The reception staff is very friendly. You can have breakfast in the hotel cafeteria for 3 euros (coffee with croissant or grilled toast). There is also a wider variety of breakfasts than the one I have just mentioned.

They had to warn the hotel that on Sunday, street that is parallel behind turns magically into a pedestrian street, so the CAR CRANE takes you there and you have to pay 200 euros. It is a normal street with its sidewalks and everything, by the way it is not correctly signposted, they had to fine the Municipal Police, because if you just don't go through the sign where the prohibition is stated, you don't realize it and OTA ticket states that on Saturday afternoons and Sundays it is free. shame!!! always trying to get money from outsiders.

We had a great room with a terrace, it was very clean, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from a modern sculpture, with a lovely surrounding area.

The location is out of the centre a bit, but there are regular buses out the front of the hotel that get you to the centre in 10 minutes, so it's not really a problem. Good location for the beach.

We had breakfast in the cafeteria. You have the option of having it as a buffet on the -1 floor or in the cafeteria where you have coffee with croissants or toast and it is cheaper. room is a bit expensive, for San Sebastian and being next to the beach, it seems reasonable. receptionist who attended us, charm. Parking around the weekend is free if you park in the blue-green zone. If you park in the blue zone, you do have to pay. It was quite crowded because it was Saturday and it was a good day, so people came to the beach and that was noticeable. There is also private parking. hotel is just a step away from the beach and funicular to go up to Mount Igueldo. It's further away from the old town, a walk through La Concha will get you there soon.

Convenient location: about 30 minutes to the old town, less than 10 minutes to the waterfront. The room is clean and warm; the bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, body cream, cap, comb. Nice place if you only have to spend the night. Please note that the hotel is allowed to stay with dogs.

I was living in a room with one person on the second floor. The windows overlooked the courtyard street where the trash cans were standing. These bins are emptied at one o'clock in the morning. There was also a room next to the room with a warehouse for bed linen and cleaning supplies. And the maid slammed the door heavily in the morning. Not to mention the staff being very friendly, sometimes not saying hello.

We would recommend it. The property was modern and functional with pleasant staff.- The food was outstanding, excellent service.- The location was stunning and lovely, so close to a major bus line, Onderetta beach, and old town.

Hotel receptionist really good, helpful and welcoming, rooms were modern, clean but a little small. Booked the hotel garage, not sure where we would have parked without it.20 minute walk along the front to the shopping and restaurant areas, which was not a problem and quite enjoyable. Cafe/bar was a plus.

Road noise a slight problem and the bedrooms were too warm, air con seemed to want to warm the room even when on 'cool'.
